The first new venture to be launched by A3V Innovation Labs is a one-way car share business – positioned at the intersecting trends of mobility, collaborative consumption, and sustainability . We a re looking for a Social Marketing Manager to join our founding team. As Social Marketing Manager , y ou will be responsible for content creation, monitoring, and responses across social platforms, help ing drive rapid c onsumer adoption and inspir ing amazing brand loyalty.
What you’ll do
Create content : Plan, writ e, and post content across social media platforms , including Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter , YouTube , and LinkedIn
Listen : Monitor conversation s of organic and paid content and engag e whe n appropriate
Engage influencers : Build and manag e relationships with relevant media and key influencers
Respond : Respond to user que stions and elevat e issues to Member C are when appropriate
Publicize : Manag e brand ambassadors at key events and provide live social media coverage
Analyze : Report, analyze, and recommend changes based on social media platform performance
Research platforms : Research and recommend use of emerging social media platforms

What you need to succeed
Experience managing Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn campaigns
Experience using social analytics, i nsights , and listening tools
Experience reporting on and analyzing web analytics and traditional digital media KPIs
Experience with paid social media buys on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter)
External vendor and project management experience
Experience writing and presenting social media strateg y
3 + years digital marketing experience, specializing in social
Bachelor’s degree required
